Bust right / Hexastyle temple containing the sacred stone of Emesa on altar

Comment- Thought to be a meteor, the sacred stone was worshipped as Sol, the sun god. It is being shaded by two umbrellas. Though worn, some of the decoration details are still visible on the roof and in the pediment.

Trajan, 98 - 117 AD
AE 25 of Seleucis and Pieria, Syria

Bust right / Sacred stone of Zeus Kasios with fillet attached, in shrine surmounted by eagle

Comment- Nice 3-D view of the shrine, and a strange (at least to me) depiction of the stone, with a fillet. I'm sure there is some meaning attached to the fillet that I don't know about yet.....
